How do I log a fault?

Call the WXC Technical Support Team on 0800 120 120 and they will register your fault, and walk you through the resolution process. If a technician is required to visit your home, costs may apply if the problem is not a result of WXC provided service.

While we may assist with your CPE and PC issues from time to time, subscribers are responsible for their own equipment and applications.
